It started with a young man who loved how technology could solve business problems.

His zeal and cutting-edge analytic programs fast-tracked him into the position of Software Development Manager in the Private Client Division at Bain and Company/Deutsche Bank.

But he also wanted to stay close to his heritage of the family farm and community. So, he set up Dorchester IT, first in Sydney, then in regional New South Wales and Queensland. To provide IT support and technology solutions that help businesses achieve their goals.

Dorchester IT has stood the test of time. Thirty-four years later, we proudly provide services throughout Australia and even up to Papua New Guinea. Many of our customers are still with us decades later.

We provide IT support across a wide cross-section of industries, including engineering, accounting, financial services, insurance, medical services, manufacturing and agricultural services.
